Enjoy our iconic views at some of the best lookouts in the area. Or just go for a walk, run, or bike ride along the trails. Looking for a challenge? Make a day of it and bike from Collingwood to Thornbury on the Georgian Trail. Also, check out Duncan Escarpment Lookout, Scenic Caves Lookout, or Pretty River Valley Lookout.
Shop, eat, and be merry during a trip to one of the historic downtowns in the Blue Mountains. Thornbury’s main street has plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. If you’re an art enthusiast, make sure to check out Clarksburg (often referred to as “Artsburg”) which has art galleries along their main street. Or, tour around Blue Mountain Village and explore their shops.
Paddle away on Georgian Bay. Or try other water sports such as jet-skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, and water skiing. Get out on the water with Free Spirit Tours, Eagle Adventures, and Xtreme Adventures.
Buy lunch at a local restaurant or pack food for a picnic in one of our parks. Have a delicious meal while enjoying the great outdoors! Try Bayview Park and Pretty River Valley Provincial Park. Want to stay overnight? Book a campsite at Craigleith Provincial Park!
