What distinguishes our area more than anything else, is Georgian Bay. Although smaller than the connecting Great Lakes, at 15,000 sq. kms, Georgian Bay is one of the largest bodies of fresh water in the world. So not surprisingly, we’re full on when it comes to water sports!
You don’t have to own a boat in order to enjoy our on-water experience thanks to an abundance of rental options and water tours that includes Collingwood Charters & Midland Tours.
There are plenty of rental options as well for those who prefer the self-propelled water experience, whether by kayaking, canoeing or stand up paddle boards & more!
