Visit our sugar house and learn how we make maple syrup. Take a short hike into the bush to see how tubing collects sap from 750 trees and, if the weather cooperates, watch sap drip into a bucket hung from a tree. View our collection tanks and then come inside the sugar house where the evaporator will be steaming away. Walk through the sugar house so you can take a look at the syrup tanks and learn about the filter and bottling units. We will have free tastings of our syrup and of course, lots of syrup for sale as well as maple candies, maple cheesecake, and maple popcorn.

This is an outdoor event in the spring. Dressing for the weather and wearing boots is strongly recommended. While we do our best to accommodate everyone, walking may be challenging for those with mobility issues.
