Join Tamara, a certified Forest Therapy Guide, as she guides you through a virtual forest therapy experience. Together with the help of nature, she will offer a series of invitations that make room for sensory experiences: presence, stillness, listening and more. The only things you’ll need are: good internet connection, some nature (a simple houseplant or any other natural item will do!) and a tea to finish off our experience!
Breathe, relax, lean back just a little more and encounter nature’s ways of enhancing your health, happiness and overall well-being.
