An Evening with Steve Poltz

October 18, 2019 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Steve Poltz is a Halifax born, California raised, Nashville based dual-citizen (but if a hostage situation breaks out he’s conveniently Canadian). He has met Elvis Presley, trick-or-treated at Liberace’s house, was Bob Hope’s favourite altar boy, bravely traveled the world busking before he knew how to do it, infamously accosted David Cassidy and can count some of the world’s coolest people as cultish fans including Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. A crowdsurfing troubadour and a long-haired raconteur. He’ll make you laugh and cry, often in the same song. He sends ripples of joy out into the world.

“Onstage, Poltz is part busker, part Iggy Pop & part Robin Williams, a freewheeling folkie with a quick wit and big heart. See him live and wonder why he doesn’t fill arenas” AP
